I was overall quite pleased with the service offered by Koala Health. When the medication I attempted to order was not approved by my vet, the explanation offered was diplomatic. Once I spoke with the vet office, I learned better of reason why your request of them was not handled in a timely manner.
However the KH rep indicated the shipment would be made expediently. It was still a full week before the order was received. If I felt KH dropped the ball, it would be in differing definitions of what expedient shipping might be.
