This is my first time ordering from Koala. I purchased Seresto flea and tick collars for my dog. The sale price was much better than purchasing from our vet. It arrived fairly quickly, however, the box was empty. I called and left a message (it was Saturday and they weren't working) and I received an email Monday morning saying they sent another one to us. This one arrived in an envelop that seals much better than the box. It arrived on Thursday. I'm pleased with their responsiveness and the price. I will order again.
