Overall, very happy with my experience with Koala. Very thankful my vet has partnered with you. I’ve started buying most things, if you carry them, through you. I know you are new, and have limited offerings, so I hope one day you will have a broader selection other than just Purina for food and treats. My three dogs are all on rx food, and have multiple health issues that require multiple medications. I’ve been able to save money on most medications through you that I am thankful for. Your customer service is always great! One problem that I do have to speak of is your coupons and sales. You offer a sale or coupon code, then a couple days later, you change it. That’s not fair to the customer. If you start with a coupon code for a certain % off and no restrictions thru a certain date, it needs to stay that way through that date. You can always learn from that and adjust it for the future…Not change it part of the way through. Do not offer a discount if you can’t honor it.
