I called about an order that came automatically which I did not think I signed up for. It was significantly higher than the price I paid previously. I asked if there were any current promotions and was told there was so I asked to be credited that amount. I was put on hold a,long time and finally was told there was nothing that could be done. I could not return the order either. So I said then you lost me as a customer as it was not a way to run a business or take care of current customers. All I wanted was the current promotion so the price would keep me as a customer.
