Communication was great. However using snail mail for prescriptions was a hassle. Used the service because I thought it would be considerably cheaper than our vets office, but it really wasn't, and that was because I had looked at the wrong medication (not the combo one) but we needed the heartworm/ flea& tick medications for our dog.
