It was not a good experience, and definitely didn’t simplify my life. The ordering process was way too much back and forth, and by the time we received the order, all 4 of our cats were more than a week past due for their medications. I’m definitely not using Koala again. I would not recommend to anyone, and I am going to have to question my veterinarian on why they recommended Koala to us. By the way, not everyone has money in their bank accounts to cover all these charges and reversals that were on my account for what should have been 1 order. Do better.
