My experience has been excellent. The reminders are timely, the reorder process is simple, the products arrive in 2-3 days and the enclosed material is extremely informative. I'll never use a third party agaijn. Koala is tied into my veterinarian's office. I know I can trust them because MY VETERINARIAN is reviewing and approving the purchases.
