The packaging was so cute. From the handwritten postcard to the little bandana, you can tell how much care went into creating this... Also, it was super fast. Since my vet partners with them, the medicine shipped almost immediately. The other mail order service I was using would have to obtain approval which sometimes took several days. Bravo, Koala! So cute.
