Only have had one problem with Koala with my dogs flea and tick medicine. Did not receive even though they showed it had been. We checked with neighbors and none had received it. Advised Koala and they sent us another pill. Took a little bit of time to get it but we were so grateful to finally have her flea meds. It works really well. Have had a problem with flea or ticks ever.
