I waited over two days for it to be processed and only after I called is when they went ahead later that day and processed my order and when I called to check the status of my order, they stated that they were waiting for the vet to approve it, but my vet was the one that submitted the order which doesn’t make sense And I was lied to your dog can be ill and sick and no medication is there to arrive to your home timely. I suggested to my vet that they need to change the pharmacy online to another carrier. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.
