We recently had issues with Koala and received medications late. Our dog needs his medication regularly to avoid Addisonian crisis. Unfortunately, he had his percorten injection late because of the delay in shipping/receiving meds. He started heading into crisis because of this and stressful changes happening at home. While I think Koala does well in some areas, speedy shipping is not a strong suit.
