I’ve had some recurring issues talking with customer service on dates for orders to be processed/delivered. The team usually does a good job trying to correct but it’s exhausting/irritating that I have to consistently speak to customer service about it. And I do not understand why I can’t have two separate autoship orders processed/delivered on different days. My dogs started their meds at different times and have different amounts they have to take per day so the timing will be different and I don’t think I should have to pay to have one med early instead of just having two separate auto ships.
