Was led to believe by my vet that Koala had improved the shipping speed of its products to Hawai‘i. NOPE. Not only did they not have Trifexis in stock for my dogs—requiring me to scramble to find a pharmacy that my vet was willing to work with—but an order of Bravecto (a very small, lightweight product) took ONE MONTH to be delivered. The situation is so bad that I’m transitioning my three animals to a different vet practice because the risk to my pets to have to wait a month for crucial meds is too great, inexcusable, and avoidable.
