I believe you should have your provider reformulate the medicine I received. Needs to be refrigerated, and then put drops in cat's eye. At approximate 40 degrees I think that is cruel and sadistic torture--almost like putting an ice cube in their eyeIt was suggested I take it out of refrigerator and warm it before using. That seems to me the properties of the medicine would be destroyed.
