I have been very satisfied with my experience with Koala. When I initially signed up to use them to supply my little girl Chloe with medication, they were very friendly. They contacted our Vet and set everything up. Months later, I haven't had to worry about having the medications on hand. They always inform me of when they are preparing the order, when the order ships and when it has arrived.
