The only problem I had was when I placed my first order (Heart Worm Medication) i was told I would receive a 50% discount on the first order. There was nowhere on the purchasing pages where I could put in the discount code. So I wound up paying full price. The ordering was simple and the delivery was prompt so I have no complaints. I will continue to use Koala Health.
