Top Notch Customer Service.
I was ready to quit using Koala.....then I realized it was the veterinarian office that was taking too long to process. Koala stepped in to help since my vet responded inappropriately and declined a standing current rx. I no longer use that veterinarian any longer.....but Koala is a keeper. Their prices are very competitive and less than my local Publix who sells my doggie product. Thanks Koala
