this was my first order w/Koala Health. the box somehow got damaged before leaving the Boston P.O. & there was about a 10-day delay before i received it. the prescription was missing, only the complimentary badana was in the box. Koala Health was very helpful & quickly sent me another 6-month supply of Nex Gard Plus in the mail, w/a tightly sealed box this time around. Mahalo nui loa.
