It's probably the fault of UPS, but also you should know at Koala that the packing of the cases of wet food was poor. I would like another can of DM Purina Pro-Plan 5.5oz wet cat food sent to me. One of the cans in one of the cases was crushed so badly it opened, the cat food spilled out all over the other cans and the whole box/shipment stunk. I had to throw out the can. The rest of the case of food was badly dented. I am really not happy with the way the product was packed. It also took a really long time for delivery and I'm really disappointed with the entire service from Koala health. I called as soon as I received the damaged delivery on Friday, August 15th and haven't heard back from anyone
