I received my cats medication about a month after I ordered it, so over a month after their vet appointment. I had reached out because it was the day of the expected delivery and my package showed it was still in another state, but no one got back to me until the next week. Then I was informed that my package was lost. By then I had to purchase flea medication for my cats elsewhere because I could not make them wait any longer.
