Customer service was great once I reached out to them, but I feel Koala should have been proactive and let me know my order was being held until I confirmed some info they wanted clarified. It caused an unnecessary delay in filling the order, causing me to run out of several of my pet's meds. The issue was resolved VERY quickly once I called, but I had no idea the call was necessary.
