This was the first time I have ordered prescription medicine from you. I could not get the coupon from my vet or the website to work. And I order most things and did for my company through the Internet. So I'm not a novice. My vet office suggested I call in my order which is what I did. I had to call back and check when I had not received the medicine. I got 12 days worth of pills from my vet while the order was being processed…and I ran out of those. I don't drive right now due to my age and I had no way to go get any more. So I had a pet in pain when that the pills did not arrive.I talked to my vet office and I shared that I order most prescriptions online. I've used a different company in the past. They are even further away from me than KOALA is. They usually get things to me within 2 to 3 days and occasionally it has been four days depending on the weekends and holidays. I was very disappointed and very frustrated because I had a pet sitting here that needed medication and I did not have that. I had to call back AGAIN and ask where my order was and they told me it would hopefully be sent that day. The person on the phone with me apologized that it was taking so long. I shared all of this with my vet office. I don't plan to ever use KOALA Health again -it's too much risk. I heard from two other people who have also had this same experience. I wanted to try the pharmacy that was working with my veterinarian. But they are happy to call in a prescription or to be called by the prescriber and I will go back to using a different pharmacy. I gave this a chance, but it was messed up from the very beginning. My daughter also tried to order from you, but after knowing what it happened to to me- she decided to order from a different company- even though there was a large discount by doing it the first time with your company. I grew up in healthcare and owned a medical company. We would have never kept customers with this type service. My family owned a pharmacy and a drugstore. So I don't have a whole lot of patience with pharmacies that can't keep track of your order. You shouldn't have to call to order, and you definitely should not have to wait longer than usual for your prescription. If I had not called back, I don't know when I would have gotten it. Sadly, I won't be using KOALA Health in the future. It's too much hassle after all that happened to take that risk. Thank you.
