I love the thought behind my vet partnering with Koala to streamline prescriptions but the delay in getting refills and the huge price difference in cost is forcing me to seek veterinary care elsewhere. Koala can definitely reduce their costs by reducing the packaging fluff instead of passing their costs on to the consumer.
