I had asked the vet to NOT approve another six months of meds. I still had three doses left and dog is due for checkup in November. He's been on a diet and will probably be able to qualify for a lower dose at a lower cost. While it's not your fault you should have been aware that you were refilling too soon. Now, I have nine doses available to use.
