Professional staff when I call in. I don't do auto shipments. The major draw back is the only way to get discounts or promotions is either by being a first time customer/first shipment or subscribe to auto shipments. I could get the same prescription sometimes cheaper with 1800 pet meds or chewy. I was more or less forced to use your company by the vet practice. They made it more difficult to use your competitors.
