I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit. They refuse to do exchanges, only returns. So I returned the never-before-worn shoes, and they tell me they are in an unacceptable condition and refuse to refund me. I sent them in exactly how they sold them to me. I noticed when i bought it they had little defects here and there, like the plastic on it was starting to discolor in certain places. They refuse to send me the shoes back that I PAID FOR!!! This is the email they sent me. Absoloutley unheard of method of doing business. And it took a month to get a reply email letting me know! This company is a SCAM.
