I have purchased a pair of shoes on last Sunday 03-11-2024 and paid by SHOP. After I completed the payment and found that my address has not been updated. I have sent email straight away to Koi to ask for update my new address.
On Monday 03-11-2024 afternoon I have received the confirmation email told me that the shows have been shipped and can not change the address!
Customer service? Are you sure they really have?
On Thursday 07-11-2024 I report to Koi Footwear that I did not receive the shoes, but unfortunately I did not have any response!

“Used to love the brand. Couple years ago I bought three pairs and two are still wearable. Bought the same sneakers a couple months ago and they’re completely split. The quality of their shoes has gone way downhill but they prices have skyrocketed since then. So disappointing.”

“I bought this pair of shoes a month ago, but it was not until yesterday that I tried them on. I didn't even walk around much but I found them all broken by the time I arrived at my house. The quality is so bad and the customer service did not even reply to my complaints.
By the way the size is not true as well, plus the bad quality and bad customer service I do not recommend you all buying shoes here. I wish I had one star here for reviews.”

“Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both broke within 2 wears. Contacted customer service about it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was asked to send pictures of the unglued shoes which I did immediately only to not even get an acknowledgement of my email. When I emailed again and pointed that out I was asked to post the shoes back. I replied immediately that I am happy to do so once I receive written confirmation of when the refund is going to reach me and also get reimbursed for the extra expenses they are causing. 2 weeks later still ni reply, no refund and 2 pairs of broken shoes... it is not enough to sell vegan products and pretend to be an ethical company when you can't look after your customers! Disgusted of it all!!!”
