Kookaburra has been a brand I have been devoted to since I was young but the service on the last 2 orders has been less than ideal. Sent an order back and took over a month to refund after constant contact requesting it. Latest order I paid for expedited shipping due to a state tournament and the response was we forgot is not acceptable. I called Auspost who expedited the delivery for me because I called which you think Kookaburra could have done. Equipment is always good but your service is questionable considering the amount of orders I have placed over the last year
