“Not happy at all. I bought two cricket ball keyrings. They are different from each other. The one is also covered in what looks like mould and the yarn yellowed. It baffles my mind how this could have been dispatched if it is clearly visibly not good.”

“My items all arrived ok with no issues. However I need to exchange them for a bigger size. Trying to get in contact to arrange for an exchange is an impossible task. Phone calls don’t get answered, voice messages are not returned and I have tried the refund exchange form with no reply.”
