“My child was very pleased to receive their new bat. Unfortunately the toe on the bat dislodged after less than 30 minutes of training in the nets for the first time of use. We have managed to superglue it back on so hopefully it sticks.”

“When you buy cri kettle gloves I thought they would have inners for the gloves, but alas they did not. Also then I found no cricket glove inners available for sale in youth size. Very disappointed in Kookaburra. Also purchased a size 5 and a size 6 bat, and they are exactly the same size, how can that be?”

“Quick delivery, very good on that I must say. However, they have only partially fulfilled my order. They are no longer updating me. I ordered 3 things, all of which are a part of the uniform, but they only delivered 2 items and acknowledged that it was partially delivered. They haven't made contact with me yet regarding the third piece, they have merely acknowledged it hasn't been delivered as per the status on their website.”
