The bat got broken in 1 month and it was warranty that if it got broken before 2 years so I want new bat

Not happy at all. I bought two cricket ball keyrings. They are different from each other. The one is also covered in what looks like mould and the yarn yellowed. It baffles my mind how this could have been dispatched if it is clearly visibly not good.

Absolutely horrific experience. I’ve now asked four or five times for an update on the status of my order. The order of a stick and shin guards has never been received. I ordered well over a week ago and ordered express shipping. My first follow up asking for an update on status of the order received a response from Andrew Reid Dick asking “how would you like me to help with this?“ - how you can help is wry explicitly set out in my email asking for an update on status of my order and if it had been shipped. I responded saying just that. I have now had to waste my time following up multiple other times with no response. I have not been told if the order has been shipped. I don’t know why I paid for express shipping. One of my emails I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund received. No response to that. You try support Australian but then you get this type of customer service. Furious with these absolute muppets masquerading as a business that has customers. What a joke.

Have purchased 3 bats before Christmas (aura, kahuna and beast). When my son was using thr kahuna in the nets, his bat got a chip our of the bottom corner.

Haven’t received, it’s been 9 days now and you’re now closed for Christmas, so I can’t speak to anyone. Never received an email with tracking number. Way to spoil a kid’s Christmas!!!

I bought 2 x white Kookaburra cricket hats online it diverted to cream, I didn't notice. I tried to return them, the barcode didn't work so I had to pay for postage. Was told to buy them online again which I did - they diverted to cream again, I notified you, was told 'you can't buy white hats online' - so why are they are they on there? They haven't arrived yet. So now I have 0 hats, have paid for 4 hats and paid for postage as well. Debacle.
