Purchased item on the 26th of December 2024, as of the 6th of Jan 2025 I am still yet to receive any notification the my item has been sent.

Haven’t received, it’s been 9 days now and you’re now closed for Christmas, so I can’t speak to anyone. Never received an email with tracking number. Way to spoil a kid’s Christmas!!!

I couldn't comment on the product as it hasn't arrived and I have had no communication from Kookaburra, except for this request for a comment. I have no order number or any other information. Kookaburra have the money and all I have is silence!

I bought 2 x white Kookaburra cricket hats online it diverted to cream, I didn't notice. I tried to return them, the barcode didn't work so I had to pay for postage. Was told to buy them online again which I did - they diverted to cream again, I notified you, was told 'you can't buy white hats online' - so why are they are they on there? They haven't arrived yet. So now I have 0 hats, have paid for 4 hats and paid for postage as well. Debacle.

Post tracking order process very ordinary more than a week later no order confirmation and or tracking received go bricks and mortar and avoid online process that clearly does not work…. Still waiting….

Service was poor, response times were pathetic, good luck if you need to know where your stuff is, they don’t even send you tracking information, 4 days to reply on customer service and then the replies on email are just as bad, being referred to as legend or mate. Bit of professionalism or compassion wouldn’t hurt. Never buying again from kookaburra will source this elsewhere when needed.

I ordered online a Size 7 Midas Lime/Green Hockey Shoe. Your website did not Specify if the Hockey Shoe was for Men, Women or Unisex. To my surprise the Size 7 was way too big by a country mile upon receiving my parcel 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for someone from Kookuburra Sport to return my emails and a telephone message I have left today. It is now two weeks running without hearing back from Kookuburra Sport. Please respond. I love the Shoe. I love the colours and I am willing to take a chance at exchanging it for a Size 6 please? Help!

Haven’t received it yet despite your website stating I would receive it before Christmas!!!! Very annoyed given it is a Christmas gift for my son and i could’ve just popped out and purchased an alternative beach cricket set for less than half the price at rebel. I called your service and left a message and no one called back. Your website also said I would receive at discount with the code you provided which did not work at checkout!!
