“Almost 2 weeks now and the goods have not arrived”

“Kookaburra has been a brand I have been devoted to since I was young but the service on the last 2 orders has been less than ideal. Sent an order back and took over a month to refund after constant contact requesting it. Latest order I paid for expedited shipping due to a state tournament and the response was we forgot is not acceptable. I called Auspost who expedited the delivery for me because I called which you think Kookaburra could have done. Equipment is always good but your service is questionable considering the amount of orders I have placed over the last year”

“Not happy with the delivery process. On 14 Oct I was advised by email that my order was being processed. By the 19th I had heard nothing so I emailed seeking order status and was told it had left the warehouse on 16 Oct but was not provided with a tracking number. On 19 Oct I emailed requesting a tracking number which was sent by return email. The tracking number was not recognised by Australia Post so I emailed (still on the 19th) advising of the problem with the tracking. On 20 Oct I was emailed the tracking history which showed that the package had been at the Fyshwick PO since 17 Oct after it could not be delivered as no one was at home. I needed the tracking information so I could not arrange for someone to be in attendance for collection. The parcel had to be collected from an out of suburb PO at some inconvenience. Not happy.”

“First of all we didnt order anything recently so you're wrong about that. I have been waiting for shorts to arrive since April. I have now asked for a refund and am being given the run around about that. Not impressed! Haven't got refund yet”
