“We are yet to receive a shipping notification, tracking update nor our goods”

“My items all arrived ok with no issues. However I need to exchange them for a bigger size. Trying to get in contact to arrange for an exchange is an impossible task. Phone calls don’t get answered, voice messages are not returned and I have tried the refund exchange form with no reply.”

Please note, our office is closed over the weekend and due to a public holiday on Monday we would not have seen your message till Tuesady. “The shoes looks good, I have used it last Saturday for the first time. It was ok but I found I have lost 2 spikes after few hours. Spikes are not firm”
