I have ordered from kukoon before and found them to be of good quality, unfortunately, this time after spending £150 on a kitchen rug...it fell short of their normal good quality....the rug arrived pre-roled and as unrolling I could see the rug was all out of shape at the ends, there is also some stretched points mid way through the rug also...I thought perhaps after leaving it unrolled for a couple of days it may all go into place...sadly not. So looks abit out of sorts on the ends of the rug. I guess that's the chance you take. Still great service and speedy delivery. It wouldn't put me off ordering from you again though.
