I've dropped one star because of Royal Mail's poor delivery service. The two business days took them four business days. I must say I got the impression that it would have been longer if not for the excellent customer service at Kukoon, who rapidly instigated a complaint against them. Anyway, I bought a runner and two rugs which I am extremely pleased with. They are really inexpensive for what you get. They are good quality, with well bound edges and look exactly as they do online. Very pleased with them.
