As someone who has purchased from Kukoon Rugs several times I have always have had a very positive experince with them, fast delivery, good customer service and geat prices for high quality rugs. The only thing that will prevent me from ordering in future is the use of GLS as the courier company to deliver the items, there is an issue with GLS every single time they are completely unreliable, incompetent and impossible to get in contact with. It is a shame Kukoon would have to lose a customer through no fault of their own but through an extremely poor courier service.
