I loved the purchasing experience and more importantly, the end product.
I bought 230E rug on a Monday, but only after payment was done, I noticed 10% off for the 1st purchase.
Sent an email to support, and quickly got the message that I'll get a refund od 23E without any issues at all.
Rug arrived in 2 days and we love it. My son has afternoon naps on it, so comfy.
Never thought I'd say it, but I really enjoyed buying a rug from Kukoon.
