After a lot of research ordered a Renuu rug from Kukoon - beautiful rug and just what I wanted. Immediately ordered a second one. Dispatch and help from Kukoon both very good but a delay in delivery due to Royal Mail - not Kukoons fault at all and they were quick to sort it out. Would definitely recommend.
