Beautiful rug, ivory colour, great pile , fantastic value, delivery was prompt , I’ve only deducted a point because the wrappings was torn at the end and the carpet had a 3 dirty marks on it , I took the chance and bought a good cleaner and it came off , I suppose these things happen in transport. I definitely will buy again from Kukoon.
