Fantastic rug we are very happy with everything except for when I phoned the newry office about swapping the rug I bought for the next size up I was told to bring it to the shop in newry and swap it there and then so I went to the shop only to be told absolutely no way that could happen, so no problem I did the exchange and I am now waiting for the larger rug to arrive.
