The rug was even nicer than I thought it would be. Very good price and delivery was free and one day early. I had been trying 2 other retailers, one who took my order until I tried to pay. They couldn't deliver. (Not just any high street retailer either) Next online retailer accepted order for a rug, anti slip under rug and £15 p&p. After payment accepted I got email saying rug wasn't available for delivery and refund would be made. I then had to ask for further refund as I didn't need any slip mat, as I wouldn't need it without rug, nor did I want to pay postage. So glad that Kukoon selection and delivery was so easy. Thank you.
