Experience with the company was very good and delivery was fast. The rug, however, wasn't as good as I expected, having bought two rugs from Kukoon before that were excellent. Sadly this third one seems thinner than the others but I am keeping it because the pattern is nice, and the same shades as the photos, and goes well in my room.
