Your info about kwiff.com is misleading! You are misleading people! They are company who has no customer service ignoring correspondence! All documentation has to be supplied by Web page not email! And they will be holding customers money! Yes company replies to you and ignores problem. You need to supply Id and different form of proof of address where you have to supply via Web page! Their Web page doesn't give option to supply info! Am not the first person as I can see having this problem
They are aware of the problem they ignoring causing stress. They don't care about customer.
