DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have never publicly complained about a company on a platform like this but I decided I must based on my experience with Leader Floors. The flooring came and was fine enough but their return process is shocking and certainly not "no fuss" as they claim. I lost hundreds of pounds of flooring that I returned through their process. Their customer care is the worst I've experienced and even after sending an official complaint I've heard nothing from them. Steer well clear I'd say
