stars for Joanna Porter
I had an issue with my emails and no claims discount not being received. I got through to a lovely woman called Joanna Porter who was more than helpful. She was so so nice and the situation was dealt with asap and sorted out within minutes, something I have never experienced from an insurance company before. We need more people like Joanna!!!!
