Liberty insurance is a very unprofessional car insurance company. They have been holding to my car after being robbed for months and they do not give any up dates. The care towards the client is bad and unprofessional without knowledge of how to help when it comes to certain circunstances. Very bad experience.

I think this business is a fraud. For over three months now, I've been having problems getting my money returned, and they keep telling me it's still being processed. A corporation that refuses to return your money is difficult to trust. Finally, I can now heave a sigh of relief. Special thanks to digitalcyberforensics.org .After losing my money to an online investment I did, it felt like all was over for me. I spoke to Moira in customer service this morning. She was beyond unhelpful, and unapologetically so. I was querying my insurance renewal which had renewed automatically, and I was hoping to talk to someone to see if anything could be done. When I asked for advice, she was sarcastic and bluntly definitive in her answer that I would just have to sort it myself online, giving me minimal answers. When I asked if it would be possible to speak to someone who could assist me with querying my renewal over the phone, she put me on hold and came back to say that the sales team were refusing to take my call because I already had an active policy.. I still don't understand this. Moiras poor attitude and complete lack of interest in helping me, actually prompted me to want to cancel the policy altogether. I asked her who I could speak with to I cancel my policy, and she still refused to put me through to another line and told me I would have to do this online and then call them back. I don't understand why she could not transfer me to the correct team, since hanging up and calling back seems counter-intuitive to me, when I was already connected to someone.. I said to her that that's not really great customer service and seems a bit messy, considering I'm already connected after having been on hold for about 10 minutes waiting to get through, and now she's asking me to hang up and call back again - she contradicted me and told me "to be honest I wouldn't find it messy". Anyway, I was going to stay with Liberty insurance and renew my policy with you, but Moira's unnecessarily poor attitude resulted in my not wanting to hand over my hard-earned money to a company with such poor customer service. I found a better quote with Zurich. Empathy, understanding and helpfulness goes a long way. Even if there's nothing that can be done, or a customer cannot be helped, a helpful tone and willingness to be empathetic can make all the difference.

I believe that there are individuals who have lost their crypto one way or the other. I strongly advise that you don’t seek help recovering it online because you are likely going to meet a scammer who will steal more of your funds in an attempt to help you recover your lost crypto. I regret to inform you that a fraud has robbed me of all my cash. My attempts to withdraw my money were consistently denied, so what had initially seemed like a fantastic prospect quickly took a bad turn. It was really annoying. But fortunately, I discovered M A D A C O V I. C O, where the staff was committed to assisting me in obtaining my money back.

This is the company of scummers. Terrible service. They will let you fill out the form, and they will charge money from you, and then they made you cancel your policy, which cost money and buy a new policy 3 times higher than the previous price! Do not let them scumm you too. Company have no office opened in town since 2019 (because of covid), you can't book an appointment for you to apply for your insurance and ask them for help or advice. No customer support at all! They will let you make mistakes and pay for it later.

Crashed 2 weeks ago still no update on my car. 3 working days (5days) after crashing I heard from the advisor coordinator and 3 working days after that I had the investigator come out to see the crash site. It’s now 14 days on and am still waiting for them to deal with a quote they received from one of their registered repairers. They advised me to go with their repairers as it would speed up the process. This is not the case. This process is taking much longer than I expected and I am still without a car.

My daughter's car broke down on her way to work at 7.30am. She called Libery and was told by a very rude woman she would have to call back at 9.00am because she couldn't do anything until then. This is disgraceful, what kind car insurer operates like this? What if she'd broken down at 1.00am!.. My daughter was alone on a rural road in the middle of know where and this is how Liberty treat women. I'm absolutely appalled. She will not be renewing her insurance with Liberty as they are totally useless!....

This is not from some one who has insurance with liberty but from a past worker. Just before Christmas I lost my mother and my sister and had to take time off, I was not paid for these deaths i had to take the time off and use holidays and also advised to get sick lines to cover it and if I didn't do this I didn't get paid, I still only got paid the statutory sick pay rate. Recently my father has taken ill and is currently in an induced coma due to a heart attack and complications meaning again had to take some time off, as I am tempted worker I got a call on Thursday morning at 9.10 to inform me that Friday would be my last day. I worked these last 2 days not one message from my manager to say thank you for your work just no acknowledgement at all, I was expected to work for 2 days professionally knowing I was let go due to me taking unpaid time off to be with family. The company is loyal to no one other than it's self, if you ring and ask why has your insurance gone up the agent doesn't know, and this is because they have a script with generic answers, it really doesn't matter how many no claims bonus you have as the quote is random. If you have any since you moved to AXA or Aviva or anyone else because liberty is all about profits the customer or employee is not relevant in any way.

AVOID AVOID AVOID BIG SCAM, they were trying to scam me of 1800e out of my card 3 weeks after I paid for my policy without my knowledge, and when they didn't take it they made up a lie and cancelled my policy without me knowing until 5 days later when they sent me an email saying my policy has been cancelled and I was driving my car during that time not knowing that I'm not insured. After seeing all the reviews here I said I have to add mine too, I wish I've seeing these reviews before I dealt with them SCAM COMPANY

Absolute thieves. My car insurance doubled for no reason . We will be moving our life ,motor and house insurance to a different provider . 4 years no claims , full license for 16 years

The worst most horrible company to deal with. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. No logic, common sense or actual understanding used I when going through the complaints process. They don’t care about any of their customers. You will just get comments like we followed our process correctly. Their process does not consider there are human beings at the end of each issue, complaint raised. Never felt so upset by a company in all my life.

I was due for renewal on Sept 2023. I had called and emailed the costumer service to stop the auto renewal weeks on August coz i already bought other insurance. No answer ever. That auto renewal was actually declined coz i changed bank for some other reasons but OMG what a scary system. The costumer service just answered my email by the time that their auto renewal was declined. Their sales team were okay when you buy insurance coz its easy and fast assistance. However, with auto renewal and when you need them for a simple help, their service is awful. Very poor. 100% poor costumer service. You hardly get through them.

Liberty insurance Ireland is a scam broker and nearly got me in so deep I couldn't get out. I was losing money faster than imaginable, but thankfully RESUC .ORG were able to come to my rescue I got my losses. If you're reading this and considering opening an account with this false platform, do yourself a favour and read the reviews first - I couldn't have imagined the consequences without reading. Resuc org got qualified and licensed experts whom can assist you with no hassle compared to others as no upfront cost is required. Reach out for your safety

stars for Joanna Porter I had an issue with my emails and no claims discount not being received. I got through to a lovely woman called Joanna Porter who was more than helpful. She was so so nice and the situation was dealt with asap and sorted out within minutes, something I have never experienced from an insurance company before. We need more people like Joanna!!!!
