Life Lab offers a fast service and seems efficient. My problem is that the Size 0 capsule maker I bought is very poor in use compared to the Wananfu 000 capsule maker I already have. There is a poorly designed spreader, and the tamper is difficult to locate correctly, whereas the Wananfu machine is reliable, easy in use, has a well designed spreader and tamper and one can make many many more capsules at one go than with this tiny machine. I found it to be as much trouble to make just a very few capsules as it is to make 100 with the Wananfu. The Life Lab capsule maker tends to crush and split the capsules, which are rather brittle. Again, I have never encountered an issue with brittle capsules before. I would not recommend the products and I would not buy again. I wish I could return it but I have used it, albeit I will not ever use it again. It will go in the bin.
