Our $499 tractor arrived with broken tray. Have contacted company to be told it will be referred on and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours.
I still have not received any contact regarding remediation of this issue and we are two business days before Xmas. Looks like our expensive present won’t be able to be gifted. Very disappointing
