“The product itself (tractor) is well built and as mostly as described. Its very big, although the seat is not adjustable and as such children over 5 struggle to sit in it (despite saying up to 8 years old).D
Customer service and delivery needs improvement. Dont expect this product to arrive quickly, even when living in the same city as their distubution centres. Had to call support 10 times, sometimes rude, dont know where the prodcut is, blamed the shiipping company etc, eventually spoke with manager who was more helpful.”

“The saddle isn’t attached so is always slipping down/around. It’s only a week old and makes some new noises. Wheels aren’t good for anything but polished concrete…. It’s good I don’t feel like it’s $300 good.”

“Purchased the tractor, has not worked since week 2 of owning it. Have made contact numerous times over the last few months & have purchased a new charger (1mth from new) been sent a switch which didn’t work. Have been told to buy new batteries. I have tried to return tractor & it’s like getting blood out of a stone. Still trying to send it back”

“Bought a canam buggy. Purchase and pickup experience was easy but there were missing parts in the box so I've been unable to complete assembly.
Have tried getting in contact with support. Initially they were reasonbly ok to respond and said the replacement parts would be arranged, and closed the support ticket without getting my address details. It's now been 3 weeks and haven't seen any parts or heard from them since. Have tried reaching out multiple times but get no reponse.”

“Our $499 tractor arrived with broken tray. Have contacted company to be told it will be referred on and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours.
I still have not received any contact regarding remediation of this issue and we are two business days before Xmas. Looks like our expensive present won’t be able to be gifted. Very disappointing”
